Designed and led a two-day session, for key asset management stakeholders from across 7 subgroups to explore their roles, responsibilities and interplay between each group. Physically mapping out each team’s process, identified touchpoints, confirmed battery limits and refined process in real-time. It also helped to shape swim lanes and confirmed the right engagement level for approvals.

Ran a program of engagements to define core criteria, weightings and assess the results of a Multi Criteria Analysis for several Transmission line route options. The sessions provided a defendable process aligned to the Infrastructure Australia guidelines and captured the core narrative behind why decisions were made.

Developed an engaging, templated and repeatable process to develop problem statements for Advance Queensland's Private Sector Pathways Program. The process engaged a diverse set of stakeholders from across industries to have a deep conversation around core requirements of the ideal solution and allowed for a streamlined development of the problem statement.

Designed, managed and led the development of an industry paper exploring the legacy the Olympics and Paralympics could establish across Brisbane, post-2033. This included a conversation between over 50 participants from 40 companies spanning a wide range of industries. The group developed a timeline of actionable steps to achieve a set of 7 goals embracing themes zero-carbon, circular economy, start-ups ecosystem and knowledge pipelines

Designed and led a series of three stakeholder engagement sessions to collaborate with industry representatives on AEMOs 2020 Integrated Systems Plan (ISP). The sessions were designed to enable an open discussion about the plan amongst the 150 attendees and to provide a forum for the AEMO’s modelling team to be asked detailed questions. These sessions were run at the start of a written consultation piece as an education excersize to reduced the number of, and improve the quality of, the written submissions.

Led a series of three sessions to bring a tech start-up and a government organisation together. The sessions were designed to have an open discussion, align the teams and define a common language. The conversations enabled the teams to better appreciate the service offering and deliver their business case extremely quickly, with real-time input, feedback and ownership from the people who ultimately needed to champion the work.

Develop a tailored Class Library and Engineering Data Warehouse (EDW) as part of the delivery of a new Shiploader and Berth. The data warehouse captured all tagged items, key attributes, and document links. A key function of this project was a 3D model that was fully linked to key attributes, information, and the document management system.

Led a coordinated sustaining capital programme of works across all RTIO iron ore mines in the Pilbara. The Order of Magnitude (OoM) projects were focused on scoping and understanding proposed sustaining capital works accross their fixed plant assets. The multi-disciplinary team coordinated with key RTIO stakeholders, prioritised workstreams/initiatives and developed study documentation for endorsement.

Responsible for Aurecon’s R&D projects where our engineering teams were iterating and experimenting to solve problems that did not have clear solutions and interfacing with Aurecon’s tax team to claim the R&D Tax Incentive. Also responsible for Aurecon’s start-up/incubation program to work with our delivery teams to scope, ideate, test and validate solutions to our internal and client problems.
